Company description

This is an interesting career opportunity in a leading Italian manufacturer and one of the largest European manufacturers of electrical compression connectors and related installation tooling for which we’re looking for a Technical Sales & Business Developer for BENELUX Area.


Location: Eindhoven (remote option)


Who are we looking for?

  • A proven track record of sales in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry
  • Skilled in building a network with end-user clients and electrical distributors
  • Ability and willingness to travel when required
  • Dutch and English Language speaker is a must, French would be a plus
  • Interested in building a medium/long-term career path


Key responsibilities:


  • identifying and establishing new business proactively in Benelux Area (focus on Dutch market)
  • liaising with existing clients and other stakeholders (sales agents, electrical distributors..)
  • organising sales visits
  • preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
  • providing pre-sales and post-sales support
  • negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
  • providing product education and advice
  • attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • ensuring that sales targets are met.
